Candor Professional Beauty Academy review?

Hello everbody

I'm new here and I'd like to interest about anybody heard about the CPBA courses? They offer government funded L2/L3 Nail Tech courses.
If somebody can help I would be grateful

When I did my level 2 at college there were loads of ladies from Candor in my class. It seems they send them to do level two at my local college. Then you do level 3 with them. However, level 3 sounded disorganised when I spoke to the ladies from my level 2. I was informed they struggled with finding teachers. They also had newbies in level 3. It sounded like it was all over the place so I decided not to sign up for level 3 with them. I went and studied with a company instead.
