Hello peeps. I own my own salon, I have 3 part time stylists, 1 full time and an apprentice. I'm getting getting really fed up with high VAT bills, N.I contributions, dealing with holidays etc etc. I don't understand how chair rental works and wether I'd be better off. Can somebody tell me who to speak to or where I can find out more about this ?
