I've been doing this since The Event and to start with I felt I was polishing much slower than normal. However I realised today that if anything it's quicker, it's just the new lamp was of course beeping after only 60 seconds instead of the old 2 minutes which made me feel slower doh!

But I actually really like the method, it's quick, gives good coverage and is nearly as good as watching the Sam's do the 5 point polish dance
