Hi I was wanting to acheive this colour on the first picture.. Second picture is clients current colour.. I work with schwarzkopf colours and I'm struggling on a formula for this .. Would I just do 10-0 with 1-0 as I've seen some people use or is there a better option ?

You need to lift the client up to a 10 first and tone it super clean then use something like 9.5-22 or even 8-11 or both? I don't use schwarzkopf though but the schwarzkopf geeks can help you with an actual grey formula.
