Colour Touch Sunlights & Relights Help Please

I have been hairdressing 13 years but never used them, the salon I worked in only had CT and KP. Now im mobile I want to try them!! I have a few questions on them:

When would you use Sunlights and Relights?
How long do they last?
Does sunlights lighten the natural hair colour or do you use it on pre lightened hair?
The Relights Reds, could I use them to brighten previously coloured hair?

I use relights on clients that I've maybe used magma on and it's faded a bit, do my root colour 1st then apply to ends where the meche bits are.
Sunlights, I don't use. I don't think it gives enough difference to her hair x
