Contagious diseases?

Hi everyone,
was wondering if you could help me?
I am doing my manicure and pedicure professional certificate but cant find out about contagious diseases i may experience with in a salon, If any one could help me it would be great.

Hi, you should be looking for titles such as 'nail diseases and disorders' 'skin diseases and disorders' in textbooks and the internet. For contagious skin diseases it will be things such as tinea pedis and nails would be things such as paronychia and onychomycosis. Hth! x

scabies could be one.. i don't know if warts are contagious but your should where gloves just in case xx
