Continental facial routine

hi i am studying a massage course at the moment and i have to learn how to do a continental facial rountie but the information they have given me to learn from is really hard to understand and i cant seem to work it out and i was just wondering if someone would be able to help me out by giving me the basic steps for a continental facial routine. i have to put the steps into a diagram but as i said before the information that i have been given doesnt make sence to me and my teach tells me its really easy and i should understand it.
