Contour body wrap, Help!

Hi all, Im trying to shed a few extra inches to fit into a dress for a wedding, I have bought some body contour gel and bandages but im unsure of the body wrapping process, Any advice?????

I use the universal contour wrap in my salon and would guess the wrapping technique to be the same - basically to lift ones body bits up and in! We were taught to:
- keep your bandages straight on the tummy, criss cross them at the back.
- Do not pull them too tight at the lower back.
- start below the belly button and then work up.
- wrap up and in towards the heart.
- the aim is to contour your shape and not have any bulges.
