Hi I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to find employment contract templates. I need to draw some up for my staff but I haven't got a clue what additional clauses I need to put in. Please can anyone help me x thank you x

You're better off getting something properly drafted from either a professional body as KHS suggests or better still, get one drafted that fits your needs exactly by a solicitor specialising in these matters.

You might add your own clauses to a standard template but that won't necessarily make them enforceable.
