Cornwall weekly rent space costs

Hi guys,
I am re-locating my nail business from Sussex to Cornwall in April and joining a beauty salon. I would be very grateful for your advice on how much the average weekly rent I could expect to pay the owner in this area - I will be in Looe not far from Liskeard.

Hey! I'm in Liskeard, not far from Looe, I believe there is one beauty salon in Looe on the Quay, there are several hair salons. In Liskeard we have 5, yes 5 beauty salons and more hair dressers on top. I think rent is reasonable, around £100-£150 a week, some do pay daily deals and if you are qualified in beauty also there is normally full or part time work going somewhere.

I'm about to qualify in Nails and I'm about to start a massage course, hoping to work mobile though!
