for the first time last night i used the clip on balmain hair extentions and tried to curl it with my wand, and it went straigt!!!! am i using the wand to hot? not leaving it on there long enough? it said something about leaving it to cool for 30 secs or something? how do i do that with the wand??? please help me xxx
