desk lamps and dust suction fans

Hi...I have just become a Certified nail Technician and I'm having trouble finding a white desk lamp that is a natural cool one. I live in Saskatchewan, so I'm wondering if I can purchase one anywhere in Canada. I also am looking for some type of inexpensive suction for the nail dust. Can anyone help me? Thanx!
