Do you decorate or do they?

If you rent a room out. Who decorates it should the tenant request. You or the tenant? Thanks.

If my tenant requested it, I would decorate it but only if it needed doing, so if it's spotlessly painted but they want green and yellow and I've painted it cream, that would be up to them. My rented rooms do actually need a lick of paint but one tenant just did it himself, although I paid for the paint.

I was the same as Vic. When I had my salon. I had (inherited) in one room, a very messy therapist , so I paid for the paint and the new therapist did it herself.

Second room my Tennant who offered more of the spiritual side, Reiki, ETC She painted it an olive green, sounds awful but once the room was finished and all the touches it did look beautiful, but I did re decorated that in white for the next person.
