I think it would depend how much overspray you usually get and whether you would be using it in a designated tanning area where some overspray wouldn't be a problem. It always amazes me how much tan I wipe off the sides of my tent each time. I've never used one, so I could be wrong, but for me I want to know the overspray is as contained as possible and I can't see how this would do that. Hth. X
