Fake Bake trade account

Is anyone else having trouble getting replies to emails from the Fake Bake trade account team?
Fake Bake are usually so good at responding and shipping and other office staff are replying and have confirmed that I'm using the right address!
I'm running out of spray tan liquid- help! X
