Fibreglass nails

Hi everyone
I am going to be starting a course in the next few weeks in fibreglass nails and was wondering if anyone could give me information on the best ones.

I just want to qualify in one type (preferably)fibreglass as i have been told that these ones dont damage your natural nail but dont last as long as acrylics, damage to the nail is more inportant to me,

There are lots of salons where i live but only one offers fibreglass and she does well so it would be good for me to do fibreglass.
Any advice anyone would be helpful

first advice: know what you're talking about.

fiberglass, gel and l&p will all 3 damage your natural nail IF not APPLIED CORRECTLY.

all 3 will NOT damage it more than another if APPLIED correctly.
