Gelish matte top coat

Hi guys,
Can someone confirm whether the matte top coat has to go directly onto the colour or, will it still create a matte effect if applied over structure gel? TIA

Also, is Gelish planning on bringing out a No Wipe Top Coat anytime soon???

yes you can apply the matte top it off over structure gel and it will create the matte effect the same way as it would painting it over colour. x
