I usually do two. But feel the nails after the first, if they're smooth there's no need for a second coat. Hth x

Depends on if you are sprinkling the glitter on to uncured gel or if you are pressing it into inhibition layer.
I press it into the inhibition layer and use only one coat of TIO and that works fine. If I were going to add a decal or waterslide, then I would add a second coat.
