Anyone know whats happening with Genie? Ive tried all the numbers I have to get through to them and one number is no longer available and the 0800 number I have no one has answered for over a week and also emailed them several times?

Hi,

Was about to purchase a machine but luckily I checked companies house and think the company has been disolved two weeks ago.

The sales rep keeps calling me though, have not asked him about the above information but I am sure he is witholding it for a reason.

Let me know if you get any joy, would like to get a contact number for them directly myself.

me too i got a email from the company today to say my login details had now been accepted? but never return my emails about getting in touch? I only bought the machine a couple of weeks ago and need my training!!
