Glitter crystal clear

Hi all,
Does anyone have any ideas what glitter crystal clear is.. I dont think it is arcylic but not sure and it looks nice on the nails also ive seen photos embedded in the nail also must be gel but again not sure and how do you get the photo so small.. Any ideas..?

Hi sorry i might sound a little muddled.. Glitter crystal clear i think its either a gel or acrylic product not too sure why im asking.
