You will need to complete a course in order to qualify you for doing hair extensions. Unfortunetly I dont know what would be available in Iran or wether or not you would have to be a qualified stylist before doing a hair extension course. Try searching on Google under "hair extension courses" hopefully this should give you information on the courses available in your area
