We are currently looking for a Head Therapist to join our boutique salon in Southampton. .
We have expanded very quickly over the last 4 years and are imminently relocating to a new, larger salon which will house 4 treatment rooms, spa relaxation area, tanning suite and nail lounge. Our salon has been finalists in Salon of the Year at the British Beauty & Spa Awards and as Employer of the Year at the Professional Beauty Awards, and we work very hard to provide the best salon experience for our customers and working environment for our staff.
This is an exciting time for us and we now need an exceptional person to join our team and assist in driving the salon forward. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior/similar role within a busy salon/spa. You will:
The salary for the position is between £8 - £12 per hour (depending on experience) plus commission and benefits including 28 days annual leave (plus your birthday off every year), staff incentives, great opportunities for career progression and a comprehensive training package with bonus schemes.

- hold relevant industry qualifications to Level 3/4 or equivalent
- be a team player with a positive outlook, enthusiasm and the desire to learn
- have excellent communication and customer care skills
- be dedicated to pursuing excellence in the industry
- take great pride in your work.
- have experience of supervising staff and be willing to progress into a managment role in the future
- be eligible to live and work in the UK.
