Help needed - violet ombre starting 5-6 base

Client has a 5/6 base all over but wants a violet ombre on ends. Please advise your tips/process and colours used to achieve similar results

I would prelighten with backcombing/ foiling with a strong lightener + 20vol, lift to pale yellow or very pale yellow, tone out the ulp with something like shades eq 09v+00 and use direct colours for the final tones. Joico colour intensities are my choice for this type of work.
