HI
I am new to shellac, did the training about 3 weeks ago.
i did a client today and she wanted shellac, but i said it wasn't advisable due to her nail condition.
she has very brittle, thin and peely nails, i saw her about 4 weeks ago and did a luxury manicure, cnd citrus + heated mitts and the same again today and advised that she use solar oil twice a day to help improve her nails first and hopefully within the next 4- weeks her nails will be strong enough to hold shellac and not peel. My worst fear was that she would have the shellac and it start to peel where her nails chip and break or peel. Did i do the right thing?
i used a normal polish(china glaze) with lumos base and tocoat
