Help! Skinbase PAYG no signal

Hi i have a PAYG skinbase microdermabrasion machine but have no signal today as a mast is down where i live. Does anyone know if there is anything i can do to get it to work?

Hi Kat,

There is a way that the office can override the machine when there is loss of signal in your area - a rare phenomenon that the networks usually correct very quickly, but it does happen occasionally - Call the office on 01782 770810 and ask for me and we can set it up.
