Help with a colour please

Hi guys I have a client who has been slowly going lighter the last few months with full head highlights, she has now decided she wants a Taylor shift colour. I have no idea how to achieve this, please help. Her mid lengths and ends are not in the best condition either.

Im thinking its a 713 or 813 mainly around the front.

Then there's a whiter piece at the back. Zooming in there's fine lighter pieces.

If her hairs not in the best condition get her doing some olaplex standalone treatments.
