Hen party ideas, help!

I'm helping plan my friends hen party and need some ideas!
We are going to Edinburgh for a weekend and will be watching a comedy show and having a meal whilst there. Any ideas what I could to liven things up a bit and make it one to remember?! She's not into strippers at all so was thinking naked butler but would I hire one for the afternoon to come to our room for a bit or get one in a bar? She's really classy and not into the usual funny tacky things so I'm struggling!
Also we will be having a meal closer to the wedding.

For both I was going to organize some party bags (what can i out in them?!)
and do some games(suggestions welcome).
