Hi, just looking for you advice really,
My natural hair colour is al light brown to dark blonde colour, but my hair at the moment is dyed black/red, i am wanting to go blonde i want it the same colour as nicole richie, what would you advise to get done, a full head of highlights or lowlights aswell?
