How much rent

Hi there

How much rent would you be prepared to pay for use of room, equipment, beverages, phone, possible use of products or use own products - per day?
If there was an opportunity to use the room evenings as well as Sundays do you think customers would be interested in booking those times?

I pay 25% of what i earn and that includes phone, lighting, heating, drinks, display cab for my sales (not 25% of sales) plus they pay for advertising and have all my price flyers made.

I have been told of other shops that charge 30% plus you have to buy all your supply's and stock from them and also 40% too...!

Loads of different packages out there
