I am new to Salon Geek and this is my first post.
I have an idea to open nail salon in London but have few questions to ask. I am foreigner and do not know where to start. I am in UK for a while now but do not understand all of the details. I think that I confused about all legal thing.
Do I have to be registered like sole trader or LTD? Can I choose any name for my salon?
Rent property, lease or licence? Can I rent any place or it have to be in accordance with some guidance or law?
Do I have to invite some officials (fire, health, chemical) related to check my work place? Do I have to get licence?
What insurance I will need?
May be someone can recommend business adviser or book that can answer all my questions.
