Hi I’ve never used nail foil before but watched lots of you tube tutorials so finally had a go and loved it. I used it on top the tacky layer of the gelish and then sealed it with the gelish top coat and capped the edges, but within 24 hours my clients nails has started to rub off at the ends ‍♀️, is there anything I’ve done wrong or can do to stop this from happening again? Xx

Could you encapsulate it in Sculpture Gel? I find the same - that foils aren’t very hard wearing, the same as a lot of the Mermaid powders that you apply over a no-wipe top coat.
I always warn my clients about this but haven’t tried encapsulating them but it just might work.

Double top coat ensuring that completely cap the free edge with both coats.

Thank you I’ll try both ways and see which works best. Xxxx

You could try a matte top coat

I ensure a long lasting design by encapsulating with one layer of base coat them top coat

I also always encapsulate any art with Gelish Structure Gel before TIO
