Igora Royal grey formula?

Hello, new to this site. Wondering if you guys can help. I'm looking for formulas using Schwarzkopf igora Royal. There's a couple I've used previously and they've been quite successful but I've yet to find the one. I've got a client who wants it really slate grey. After pre lightening I've previously toned with 8.11 & 6.12 with a dot of 0.22 however she didn't feel like it was slate enough. Any other formulas for a slate would be greatly appreciated however I'm also looking for silver formulas and any other grey formulas you guys might have.

Yeah I have, but slate grey went black after 10 minutes, and even when diluted with silver it was still really really dark. Plus I feel like the colours always go a little green? The only one I rate out of those tonal refiners is the grey lilac.
