Hi,

just wanted some advice on which insurance company insures mobile spray tan therapists? I did an accredited course with LA Tan and received a booklet for ABT insurance. This seems a bit pricey and i wondered if there are any other options? Also, im spray tanning at home, so do i still need it?

Thanks

it is always advisable to have insurance when working on the public, what would you do if you sprayed a bride and they had an allergic reaction and then sued you for ruining their big day? a bit extreme i'm sure but could happen, look around there are loads of insurance companies.ie the guild, babtac, salongold etc

hia i use simplyins costs £52 a year thats public liability ins xx

I got my liability insurance through EnvyTan. It was about $350.00, which was less expensive then the other company I had found that offered insurance for mobile tanning. You might want to start with them.

Given our courses are accredited through the Guild we find they offer excellent deals ..as do other companies so always worth having a ring around and getting various quotes to compare
Good luck
