Ugh. The product underneath is actually a chi by farouk product, the can is from their organic line. Companies use cans from their other lines and relabel all the time. I've bought cans like this from my professional distributors. It's completely normal, it's a cost saving measure for the company as its cheaper to relabel then to order a whole new printed can.
