I'm currently doing a nails course at college and i'm having trouble with lifting, anyone got any tips/advice on how to prevent this.

There have been loads of threads and some great advice given on lifting.....the search option is great for ferreting out this kind of information!

Why dont you do a search on this site under "lifting" there is plenty of information, it certainly helped me

Best tip i can give is make sure you have thoroughly prepped the natural nail(cuticle, gently buffed, dehydrated etc..) prior to applying your product

If you`re still doing your course sammie your tutor should be helping you. Why not ask for the help you need there
