You might want to read the terms of your insurance then as you're not following manufacturers instructions for the product.

Yep and wella really don't recommend 3% , if students read this they might get confused I would ! I respect that you've worked in hair for 20 yrs x
 
Well Kaye seen as iv used this method for 20 years and never ever had a complaint and taught in wella

Great attitude.

Wellas equivalent of 3% is Pastel, it is 2.9%. You can use this for toning but not with high lift. The high content of ammonia in the 12 line will compromise the hairs quality.
