Looking for room in Tyne & Wear

I'm looking for a room to rent for 1 maybe 2 days a week in or around Tyne & Wear to offer Complementary Therapies such as Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage etc. I am qualified in mani & pedi nails (not enhancements), facials & make up but am happy to work on a non competitive basis if required - although I do also operate mobile offering these services to an existing client base.
