Looking for space/room to rent Hertfordshire

I know this a bit far in advance but I am looking for a room or space to rent in a salon/hairdressers to do nails in the new year (january).This would be on a part-time basis 3-4 days per week.
I am Creative trained (L+P) and I will also be offering manicures and pedicures.
Ideally Im lookin for welwyn garden city but, could also look at Welwyn, Hertford,Hatfield, Stevenage etc.
