Hi all. Im trained in just gelish at the moment and unsure on what my next step would be. What would you say the next step is advanced gelish or arylics? Tia

Enhancements would be your next step, either gel or liquid and powder (acrylic).

You can go for nail art too as this can be applied to nail enhancements.
