Magnifying Lamps....

Hi. I am currently shopping for a magnifying lamp to do skin analysis and extractions for home treatments. Does anyone have advice as to which diopter strength of magnification I should get. The choices at the company I will be buying from are (5 diopter, 8 diopter and 10 diopter). Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I personally do not use the mag light to see through it. I use magnifying goggles. They are not ask expensive and any non expensive light is use.
