I have my own boutique with a large space and I am looking for a Trained Makeup artist who could do threading and a Nail technician to come and run their businesses using my shop floor. No rent charged, no utility bills only interested in 30% of takings (negotiable). A very good opportunity for someone who wants to expand their business or just starting a new business.
