Hi I am new to matrix and hairdressing I trained with wella colours, client is base 5 and currently has so colour half 5m and 1/2 6m with 6% less than 50% grey, with blonde highlights. She now wants to keep the same colour but with more suttle highlights as feels she is to blonde and brown is dull. I was thinking low lights with colour sync , some say go a shade lighter with colour sync, what are your thoughts? What colour would u use? Thanks in advance.
