Minx over Missing Toe Nails

Would Minx stick to the skin?

I.e If a client has had a toenail removed and wanted a set of minx's would it stick to the skin on the nail-less toe even just for one night?

I can't see how you would make the free edge cut off point without it shrinking away but I thought I'd ask you experts.

Could you not mould her a nail out of acrylic and then apply minx?
And then stick on for the night?
