Missed course date thanks to slooow response from CND

:sad: Hi All..

After getting some good advice from here, I decided to go with CND... rang them up a month ago got some info & dates for next course in Leeds ... End of June.. gave my address for a brochure as my hubby will be paying for the course .. we hardly ever get wireless connection at home, and he works looooong hours thought a brochure would be easier..

Waited... nothing... called them, emailed x 3 ... FINALLY got brochure (2 in the space of 2 days) and now the course is full!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should i give up??? Go elsewhere? Complain? :irked:
 
Instead of directly complaining on here, don't you think it would be sensible and more appropriate to voice your concerns first directly with CND?

We can't help you with this on the forum. In all honesty, the postal service has not been the most reliable of late, so I think it only fair to give CND the chance to deal with your query.
 
I would give them a call and get on the next available course, i am sure your dissappointed but dont waste your money or time on a lesser course. My fingers are crossed for you
 
I know you havent been a member on here for very long and I dont know what course you are specifically referring to but this is why our Events calendar is so fantastic. Sweet Squared post details of their courses well in advance.

For example the L&P basics course starting on 14 June was posted in the Events Calendar in February.

I am not complaining on here I am simply asking for advice as you guys know much more about this company than me. Suppose I am looking for reassurance to stick with them, I got the impression they were too busy and not that bothered about losing a possible paying customer.
 
Hiya it was the signature foundation course, i will have to wait till end of July for next one. Wasnt aware of the course details on here, will check next time, thanks.

This could not be further from the truth. You just need to search on Sweet Squared to know that in this industry they are award winners for customer service and training.

However, they have been slightly overwhelmed by the recent response to Shellac - not an excuse and as Samuel himself has said, when under pressure, this is the time to shine. They are aware that there have been issues recently because of the constant enquiries and orders for Shellac.

My advice is to stick with them and you wont be disappointed. On a personal note, I have never been disappointed with the service received from them - they are the only company I have been associated with in the last few years who will actually go the extra mile for you, the customer.

You may not think that at the moment, but trust me they do!
 
Thanks hun i will stay positive, its just that i had childcare arranged for the end of june and was looking forward to it, now its a longer wait and kind of coincides with some plans i had

Try calling them tomorrow and ask to be put on a cancellation list - you never know.
 
I have only done a manicure course at s2 in leeds and i have to say, although you are disapointed now, come the end of july, you will be so glad you waited. They are realy helpfull, and the trainer is fab. I would just waite, i am sure you would be gald you did.;)
 
have to agree

I have only just started doing training with them but they more than went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend them.
