My new salon... Help!

Hia All,

I have 2 therapists that are going to be working in my new salon and I am unsure of what % is fair for me to ask from them?? I will be providing all the products etc. I obviously want to be making a profit but also want to be fair to the therapists. Help!!

40-45%... you could also give them a comm on retail sales
