Nail Art Course
So you've conquered acrylic or gel nails and you fancy enhancing your skills learning nail art? Or maybe you just love the fantastic designs of the nail art and fancied having a go yourself! It is all possible with our nail course. This is a nail art introduction course allowing you to offer nail art as an add on service to your customers.
Nail art can complement your outfit for a special event or add a unique flair to your appearance every day. It is an exciting fun course teaching the latest nail decorating techniques using gems, transfers, glitter, marbling, striping, freehand painting and many more.There are many different methods you can use to come up with nail art designs. Many beginners like to copy from pictures they have found on the internet or in nail art books. However, even people with minimal artistic talent can learn to freehand geometric shapes or floral designs with this course.
Course Content:
Health and Safety
Health and safety and human hygiene.
Contra-indications
Contra-indications are diseases and disorders of the natural nail, and skin that may prevent or restrict a treatment. You will learn the various disorders and how to handle them.
Client consultation
Consultation is the first part of any treatment provided in a beauty salon or spa and is essential for both the client and therapist. Learning basic tips on how to interact with the customers will give you a better service and help you to relate with clients more efficiently, making a better relationship with your clients resulting in a consistent clientele.
Colour matching
Learn some basic principles to bring out the best of your nail designs. Learning about the different skin tones and what colors' match can hugely influence the top look of your nail
Colour blending
Blending is where you fade one colour into the next. You will learn how to create a stunning look with two opposite colours blending them properly without having a definite line.
Colour wheel
You will work on a nail wheel practicing different designs and colours to perfect your skills.
Understanding paint, flowers, patterns
You will learn about the different techniques you can use to apply the paint, how to design the flowers or most common patterns your client may require.
How to use brushes and tools
Learning about the different brushes and tools that can be used whilst painting will enlighten of the various wonderful things you can achieve with nail art.
Applying glitters
There are loads of glitters that you can use, but they have to use sparingly and correctly and you will be taught how to use them too professionally.
Attaching diamantes
Attaching one or more diamantes to the nail.
Adding attachments, drilling the nail.
Adding attachments to the nail is becoming more popular, you will learn to drill the nail and attach whatever the client requires.
This course is £85 + VAT
It's an amazing price for the results you can get out of it and how much money you will earn if people require nail art! For simple nail art you would charge around £5 or more for more intricate designs you can charge up to £5 a nail!
