Right, Christmas is out of the way and for those of you looking for a new opportunity in the new year i have one for you. I have the opportunity for a nail professional to rent a nail bar/room in my busy salon.
This would be a new bar so would only suit someone either with customers or who is prepared to work hard to build a customer base. However, there are loads of current hair & beauty customers, and due to the changes to the salon that are creating this opportunity there will be loads of advertising taking place that will attract more new customers.
I am prepared to be flexible on the rent as the business builds, including a rent free period to ensure you are working for nothing.
You would have your own room, be able to retail your own products and the rent would be all inclusive so you would know what your costs were each week. :lol:
