Nail Decals

Hi I have a client who helps run a local newspaper called the "Eagle"which I advertise in it comes out 3 times a year and this summer its there 50th edition.

Now she is a great client who likes having loads of coloured gel, gems and stickers she has asked me to see if I could get Nail Decals of an Eagle for her to wear at there table top sale on the 26th of April

I have scoured the Internet with no luck so I am looking to the all resourceful geeks for help:lol:

There is a tutorial somewhere about on here, on how to make your own decals.
all you need is the 'image' that you want, downsize it in a photo-editing software, print and then follow the tut (sorry, don't know offhand who the geek was that did it).
