Nail tech in The Hague

Right guys my bestie has moved to The Hague and has had some awful experiences with nail techs - she pays what seems a lot of money - which isn't an issue - but they all come off. I know it isn't her because I've done her nails for years with no problems (I use Orly Gel FX) But it seems she has them done and they are peeling within a couple of days. Is there anyone based in The Hague who can help her or recommend someone - she wants Gel Polish doing for her holiday in a few weeks?

The only Dutch Geek we did have I think was @Fee, but she hasn't been on the site since last year.
