Hey guys, i go on pintrest quite a bit and scroll through different things. I have seen some people upload pictures of nail art and to divide the nail and do different colours they use tape. Has anyone seen this? Im just wondering is it normal tape or a different kind of tape? I thought normal tape might take the polish of?

Yeh iv seen that. I think it's surgical tape. And I'm assuming they have to wait until the polish completely dried?

ive done it and used striping tape x hth x

Thanks, ill have a look. Its a good idea!

A lot of bloggers use scotch tape with polish. The trick is to paint and then take the tape straight off. Unless I need a perfectly sharp line I don't tend to bother anymore as it's more hassle than it's worth.

Our Smart Stencils are designed for this exact purpose, use the designs with straight edges to get a perfectly smooth line or the curved edges to make the perfect curve.

I've used the stencils from nail delights and they are fab!
:) xx
